Bring a potluck dish to share and participate in the governance of our church at this coming Sunday’s Annual Parish Meeting!
Our business is to vote for new vestry members and deputies to the 2018 diocesan convention. In addition, you’ll have a chance to review the budget approved by the vestry for 2017 and ask any questions you may have. The business portion of our meeting generally goes very quickly! Then we have a little fun with the annual Rector’s Awards and acknowledge retiring vestry members for their faithful service. A slide show of memories from 2016 will play in the background. During sermon time, I will give my annual address reviewing our life together in 2016 and immediately following worship we’ll file into the parish hall. Grab a quick plate and find a seat; we hope to begin the meeting promptly at 11:30.
